Chocolate Popsicles (Vegan, Oil-free, Gluten free, & Refined sugar free)

Just in time for your end of summer get together and BBQ. These are super easy to make and a delicious sweet treat!


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened 100% dark chocolate chips

  • 12.3 oz block of silken tofu

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup plain unsweetened non-dairy milk

Directions:

  1. Add the chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30 second intervals until melted.

  2. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Taste and add more chocolate or maple syrup to your taste.

  4. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 8 hours or overnight. (Makes about 6)

  5. When ready to serve, run the popsicle mold under hot water to make pulling them out of the molds easier.
