This orange sauce is super easy to make and it's great for meal prepping. It's delicious with rice, noodles, vegetables, tofu, tempeh, chickpeas or any combination of them.

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh orange juice (About 2-3 oranges worth)
1/4 low sodium tamari
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup water
6 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp orange zest
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp onion powder
1/2-1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tbsp cornstarch
Directions:
Combine the water and cornstarch in a small pot. Once the cornstarch is completely dissolved, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Heat on medium until it comes to a simmer, mixing occasionally. Once it comes to a simmer, remove from heat and allow to cool completely before transferring to an air tight container. Store in the fridge for 7-10 days.
